Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and USPS transit times. While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once your package has been transferred to the carrier.

Digital products, including The Clean Tweeze™ Method Guide, are delivered instantly by email after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
