All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped via USPS Ground.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Digital Products

Digital products, including The Clean Tweeze™ Method Guide, are delivered instantly by email after purchase. No shipping required.

Returns

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used tweezers and skincare products cannot be returned.

All digital products, including the eBook guide, are final and non-refundable.

To start a return, email hello@browsandcoskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
